By signing up and actively using the our site program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. The owner may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with our program. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members:

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing account with our program. You will use your username / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and pressing the edit user information button. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by the owner be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. You agree to receive email advertising from us, limited to no more than ten per day. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from our program your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. In the event your email account on file is full for 7 (seven) consecutive days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. Any accounts with bogus, false, abbreviated or incomplete information will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited. If your IP address and country do not match, your account will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and Our Company are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and us. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of our company. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using this site. Any accounts with bogus, false, abbreviated or incomplete information will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited. If your IP address and country do not match, your account will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability:

We will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or our program, even if we has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, we aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Link Errors:

At times we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount. You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account.

Cheat Links and Banners:

You understand that there will be a banner placed in the paid to click sections and also in email ads clearly marked. If you click these links or banners your account will be terminated after 3 clicks without notice to you. If this happens your account will not be restored and you will loose all earnings and referrals. The usage of any email reading software is strictly prohibited.

Searching:

Only certain countries are allowed to search. The decision on who is allowed to search is made by the search engines. The countries allowed are: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. If anyone is caught checking off "Search" as one of their interests, and you are not allowed to search, or searching your account will be terminated, all funds forfeited, and downline canceled without notice. If you are from a country not listed, and you search, you run the risk of getting the advertiser's affiliate account closed, and they lose all their earnings. If you are caught clicking search links OR having search chosen as an interest...You will be deleted.

Selling An Account:

We do not allow anyone to sell their membership account. Anyone caught selling their account will be immediately terminated, all funds forfeited and downline forfeited.
We do not allow upgraded members to sell their upgraded ads, if caught doing so, you will be deleted immediately without notice.

Paid To Sign Up:

Paid To Signup Section: The paid to signup section is there for members who wish to build their downlines in other programs. You MUST provide the confirmation e-mail that contains your membership information in order for you to get credited for signing up. Anyone who claims to have signed up with a program and hasn't done so, WILL be deleted without notice. If anything other than the confirmation e-mail is submitted, I will debit your account 10 cents. You amy only signup to 3 programs in a 30 day period. This is what you should submit for credit:

Inactive Members:

In the event you do not click a link in 21 days your account will be deleted for inactivity and you will lose all earnings and referrals. Please keep your account active as your account will not be fixed if it is deleted. Anyone who sets their account to vacation and doesn't return within 7 days of the set vacation time will be deleted. ANYONE FOUND CLICKING ONLY PAID TO CLICK ADS WILL EITHER BE DELETED OR NOT PAID. THIS IS A PAID TO READ SITE, NOT A PAID TO CLICK SITE!

Downline Credit:

You must be at least 35 Percent as active as your downline in order to receive credit for your downline earnings.
There is 1 Referral Level and your downline percentages is 25%

Payments:

Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by us. Members may earn by referring new members to the our program. Once you have reached the payout amount set by our company a buttom will appear in your members redemption area. Accounts will be checked over before payments will be made. If cheat boxes are clicked in your profile, or if you have been searching from a non-search country, you will be deleted immediatly and your earnings will be lost. Payments will be made within 30 days of the time payment was requested or a reasonable time thereafter. Members will be paid by PayPal, Alertpay, Intgold, check .

Redemptions:

You may choose to use your earnings for advertising at any time. You may do this by visiting the redemption page listed in your earnings account area. When sending in banner codes please make sure that your banner is working properly. If it says yourwebsite.com then please upload the banner to your website and fill in the proper information for the banner image to show. This will help speed up the process in getting your banner placed and your advertising going much quicker. In the event that your banner does not work when your request is submited, or you just don't have a banner, I will use a support banner.

To Cancel Your Membership:

You may at anytime cancel your membership with us by following one of the methods listed here.
1 You may log into your members area, click the edit user info button, scroll down to the bottom of the page, enter your password in the box provided and click delete my account.
2 You may send an email through the contact us page, list your username, full name, address and state Unsubscribe.
3 Please keep in mind that doing any of the above will result in your account being deleted and all earnings and referrals being forfeited.

Abuse Of Staff

Abuse of Staff is considered sending vulgar emails to any of our email accounts. Harassing any member of staff about payout request, redemption request, gold memberships or any other harassment via email or instant messaging will be cause for termination of your account without notice. All downlines and all earnings will be lost forever. Should you have any problems please use the contact form on our site. We simply ask that you are respectful in your inquiries and not rude as we will not be rude to you.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with mouse-mails.com and may result in legal prosecution. mouse-mails.com strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. mouse-mails.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. mouse-mails.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

Profiles:

As a member, everything in your profile needs to be completed. Anyone who has missing information or has cheat boxes clicked in their profiles will be deleted without notice.
